These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Sure Screens website and any enquiries, quotes, bookings, supply, and installation services provided by Sure Screens (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee the website is complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation.

2. Our products are barrier and fall-prevention solutions, not security screensSure Screens supplies barrier and fall-prevention screen solutions designed for everyday applications. Our barrier screens are not security screens and are not represented as providing security protection. If you require security-rated screening, we can discuss alternative options.

Where we reference fall-prevention requirements, suitability depends on your specific window type, installation method, and site conditions. Final confirmation of suitability occurs during assessment and quoting.

3. Quotes and pricingAny pricing shown on the website is indicative only and may change without notice.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time, including measurements, photos, access conditions, finishes, and product selections. Quotes may be subject to a site measure and assessment before they are finalised.

Unless stated otherwise:
  • Quotes are valid for [14] days from the date issued.
  • If site conditions, measurements, selections, or scope change, we may revise the quote.


4. Site measures and accessWhere a site measure is required, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be measured and installed, including access to windows, doors, and surrounding areas.

If access is restricted or unsafe, we may need to reschedule or quote with limitations until full access is provided.

5. Bookings, deposits, and paymentsIf you accept a quote, we will confirm next steps including lead times, product selections, and installation scheduling.We may require a deposit to confirm an order and commence manufacture. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and due dates will be set out in your quote or invoice.

All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

6. Variations and additional worksIf you request changes after accepting a quote (including product changes, colour changes, additional openings, or scope changes), these are treated as a variation and may affect price and timelines.

We will confirm any variation pricing before proceeding where reasonably possible.

7. Lead times and schedulingAny timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, weather, site access, or factors outside our control.

We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed if timeframes change.

8. Cancellations and reschedulingIf you need to reschedule a measure or installation, please provide as much notice as possible.

If you cancel after manufacture has commenced, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the cancellation date, including materials and labour. Any cancellation terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

9. Installation and site conditionsYou acknowledge that installation outcomes may be affected by existing frames, building movement, wall conditions, or prior workmanship.

Minor variations in finish, alignment, or appearance may occur due to property conditions and are not necessarily defects.

10. WarrantyWarranty terms vary depending on product, finish, and application. Warranty details will be provided with your quote and/or at installation.

Warranty may not apply where issues arise due to:

  • Misuse, abuse, or unauthorised modifications
  • Incorrect or harsh cleaning methods
  • Damage caused by third parties, impact, or environmental events
  • Failure to maintain products in accordance with care guidance
  • Site or structural issues unrelated to our workmanship


This section does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Australian Consumer LawOur goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12. Care and maintenanceYou are responsible for following any care and maintenance guidance provided. Using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or pressure washing at close range may damage finishes and can affect warranty coverage.

13. Third-party linksThis website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
